Junior Operations Executive

MediSimVR has established a Virtual Reality (VR) training lab at KS Hegde Medical College, Mangalore and is seeking a smart and friendly individual to manage the lab and support students during their training sessions. No special degree or medical background is required; all you need is the ability to use a computer, communicate effectively, and demonstrate responsibility. As an employee of MediSim VR, an IT company based in Chennai, you will be stationed at the Virtual Reality Lab in KS Hegde Medical College, Mangalore. Your responsibilities will include managing and setting up VR equipment for student training, guiding students during their training sessions, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the lab, recording student usage and inventory, serving as the main point of contact in the lab, and communicating with your reporting manager and students. The ideal candidate for this role is an undergraduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc., etc.) currently residing in Mangalore, with either no prior work experience or up to 2 years of experience. Confidence, politeness, good communication skills in English, basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Internet), the ability to work independently, experience with tech gadgets or AV equipment, and previous customer-facing experience (even part-time) are all desirable qualities.
