You'll play a key role in task scheduling, compliance, and customer support, contributing to sustainable solutions and exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage and schedule daily operational tasks for international projects. 2. Monitor process timelines and ensure timely task completion. 3. Support lead generation, customer support, and technical assistance for energy programs. 4. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulations. 5. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow. 6. Participate in training to build sector knowledge and operational skills. Who Can Apply? Recent graduates or final-year students (any discipline; preference for Business, IT, or Engineering). Strong communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn new tools. Eager to work in Australian/US shifts. Interest in renewable energy, IT, or BPO operations.
