About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle retail onboarding by collecting accurate client information such as showroom or location address. 2. Maintain and update client data regularly. 3. Coordinate with various teams, allocate resources efficiently, and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise. 4. Establish customer service standards, monitor feedback and reviews, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 5. Manage, monitor, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree (Any). 2. Should know Hindi language along with & English. 3. Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions 5. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Data Formatting, Duplicate Data identification) 6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 7. Freshers or Experienced in BPO and telesales.
