About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Meta Ads Executive to support our digital marketing and performance advertising operations. The candidate will assist in creating and optimizing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), track campaign performance, and contribute to ongoing strategy improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Research audiences, competitors, and content trends to improve campaign outcomes.
• Contribute to ad copy and creative development using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rate) and prepare weekly reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to test and optimize creatives and targeting strategies.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience or internship in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign setup.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-based content tools (ChatGPT, Claude) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.
