Job Title: Junior MERN Stack Developer

* Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Junior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic tech team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building full-stack applications using the MERN stack along with knowledge of NestJS and AWS. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a high-priority, immediate-joiner-only role—we’re looking for someone who is ready to contribute from Day 1.

* Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-performing web applications using React, Node.js, MongoDB, and NestJS
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with the backend and DevOps teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with attention to scalability and performance
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement features with precision
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in peer code reviews and maintain documentation for developed solutions
• Assist in cloud-based deployments and monitoring on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)

*Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Solid knowledge of NestJS framework
• Good understanding of Next.js for SSR (Server-Side Rendering)
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based deployment practices
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and version control (Git)
• Problem-solving attitude and strong debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
