About the Company Pashupati Effects Pvt. Ltd. is a fashion house that specializes in designing and manufacturing Indian ethnic and bridal wear for women. Our product range includes lehengas, suits, sarees, shararas, and anarkalis — crafted with attention to detail, quality, and traditional artistry. Role Overview We are looking for a Merchandiser with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Indian women's traditional wear. The ideal candidate must have previously worked on garments like lehengas, sarees, suits, etc., and should understand the full production process — from dyeing and embroidery to stitching and final finishing. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete garment production process — from fabric dyeing to final stitching Coordinate with dyers, embroiders (karigars), tailors, and finishing teams Track and manage production timelines to ensure timely deliveries Conduct quality checks at each stage to maintain high standards Maintain clear documentation of work orders, delivery dates, and production progress Work closely with designers to ensure accuracy in execution of styles Resolve delays or production challenges by proactively following up with vendors Who We’re Looking For: Someone with 2–3 years of experience in merchandising for Indian women’s traditional wear Must have worked on categories like lehengas, suits, sarees, anarkalis, and bridal wear Good understanding of embroidery techniques, fabrics, and garment construction Strong coordination and communication skills to manage in-house teams and external vendors Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and problem-solving mindset If you're passionate about Indian fashion and have experience managing ethnic wear production, we’d love to have you on our team.
