We are looking for a Merchandiser who will manage and oversee the entire production process — from dyeing and embroidery to stitching — ensuring that garments are delivered on time and meet our quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with dyeing units, embroidery artisans, and stitching teams Track and manage the flow of work for each garment from fabric sourcing to final finish Maintain timelines for all stages of production Ensure quality control at each stage (dyeing, embroidery, stitching) Maintain proper documentation and records of work orders, samples, and inventory Communicate with in-house designers and tailors to ensure design accuracy Follow up regularly to ensure timely delivery and troubleshoot delays if any Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in merchandising or fashion production Good understanding of women’s ethnic wear production processes Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and manage timelines Strong communication and organization skills Basic knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment construction If you're passionate about Indian fashion and love managing the behind-the-scenes of garment creation, we'd love to hear from you!
