Role Description

Junior Marketing professional

content

strategy, community building, creator collaborations, and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm and execute

  content strategy

  with the team
• Help build and grow our

  creator community

• Manage shoots and streamline

  content production processes

• Onboard and nurture relationships with

  micro-creators

• Coordinate

  UGC collection and content approvals

• Support

  community management

  and engagement (we currently have a 300+ parent community)
• Contribute ideas to develop and scale

  marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of marketing/content-related experience (internships count!)
• Strong interest in

  social media, content creation, and community building

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with creators and team members
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a flair for

  creativity and problem-solving

• A self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment

• Bonus

  : You have experience working with a parenting/kids-focused or D2C consumer brand

Salary Range: 30-35k per month
