Junior Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive with proven expertise in marketing and business development for packaging products such as sweet boxes, cake boxes, pastry boxes, and other duplex board packaging solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of duplex board specifications, printing processes, customer acquisition, and order generation in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and secure orders for duplex board packaging products (sweet boxes, cake boxes, pastry boxes, etc.).
• Develop and maintain relationships with confectionery, bakery, FMCG, and food packaging clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors in the packaging sector.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on duplex board grades, paper GSM, printing techniques, die-cutting, lamination, and finishing processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales of packaging materials (preferably sweet boxes, cake boxes, pastry boxes, or related products).
• Strong knowledge of duplex board, folding carton packaging, and printing/finishing processes.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and order generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
