Roles and Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies for residential sales, commercial sales, property sales, and real estate marketing. Manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication and project management skills. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new projects or product launches. Analyze data to track performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in real estate/construction industry with a focus on marketing. Strong understanding of residential sales, commercial sales, property sales, and real estate marketing principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
