Junior Manufacturing Engineer

As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing manufacturing processes to ensure the production of high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include evaluating manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, studying production and machine requirements, developing effective automated and manual systems, designing and installing equipment, organizing and managing manufacturing workflows and resources, and optimizing facility layouts, production lines, machine operations, and network performance. You will also be responsible for resolving production issues and delays, finding ways to reduce costs and maximize quality, training staff in new processes, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and upgrading systems with new technology. To be successful in this role, you should have completed BE Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Business Management/BBA/MBA with good grades. While experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. You should have advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of MS Project would be advantageous. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, social skills, and the ability to work well in stressful situations are essential. Additionally, you should possess leadership qualities, assertiveness, professional appearance, and the ability to work in teams. Availability for travel, a valid LMV driving license, knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design, familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques, commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations, proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CAD, MS Office), project management skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and the flexibility to work occasional late shifts are also required for this role.,
