Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Manual Tester to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through careful testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with developers to identify and report defects, assist in troubleshooting, and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases and scenarios to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
• Document, track, and prioritize bugs and issues found during testing.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform regression testing to confirm that previous defects have been fixed.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improving testing processes and methodologies.
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders regarding testing progress and outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-6 months of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
