Should have basic knowledge of electric vehicle working principle.
Should have basics of measuring instruments like vernier caliper, height gauge, micrometer, multimeter, Oscilloscope, Diagnostic tool etc.
Should have knowledge about semiconductors and their applications.
Should visit supplier for countermeasure verification and MOM.
Analysis of all reported market complaints and identification of root-cause and countermeasure establishment.
Closure of all market complaints as per defined company rule
Past reported market issue actions verification to confirm the adherence of actions (internal shops and external supplier)
Monitoring of new product development activity and participation of defect analysis observed during development.
Process Audit at supplier as well as within shops based on the market defect.
Handling and analysis of Market/warranty complaints related to EV
Good knowledge about EV components and their working.
Good Knowledge about Electrical/Electronic components Inspection, a basic understanding of inspection methods and instruments.
Head Lamps, Wiring Harness, Sensors, Instrument cluster, Controllers etc
Basic knowledge about drawing, inspection and report understanding
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and fault codes in vehicle
Faster analysis and execution of quality improvement projects based on market feedback.
Ability to analyze the defect / failure, propose solutions & future strategies.
Strong communication & presentation skills
Ability to analyze warranty claim data to identify trends and recurring issues
Familiar with Presentation, Excel and data visualization tools
