About the Role:

Java Developer Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams on software design and development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code under supervision.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to application architecture.
• Support testing, debugging, and documentation efforts for new and existing applications.
• Learn and apply software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  Core Java

  and OOP principles.
• Basic understanding of

  Spring Framework

  or any Java frameworks (a plus).
• Familiarity with

  SQL

  and database concepts.
• Exposure to REST APIs and web development fundamentals.
• Understanding of version control systems (preferably Git).

Education & Background:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  Computer Science

  ,

  Information Technology

  , or related field.
• Academic or project experience in Java is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of tools like Maven/Gradle, JIRA, or Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with college-level software projects.
• Comfortable working in a

  1 PM – 10 PM IST

  shift to align with US-based teams.
