Junior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare

  BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

  , cost estimates, and tender documents for interior projects.
• Conduct

  material quantity take-offs

  from drawings and specifications.
• Work closely with the

  design, procurement, and project execution teams

  to ensure accurate cost tracking.
• Assist in

  budget preparation

  ,

  cost analysis

  , and

  project cost control

• Evaluate and verify

  vendor quotations

  and

  purchase requests

  .
• Support in

  project billing

  ,

  client invoicing

  , and

  payment certification

  .
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure cost accuracy throughout project stages.
• Identify potential

  cost-saving opportunities

  without compromising quality.
• Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and verify quantities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in

  Civil Engineering

  ,

  Quantity Surveying

  , or

  Construction Management

  .
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in

  interior fit-out

  or

  construction projects

  .
• Strong understanding of

  BOQ preparation

  ,

  rate analysis

  , and

  project costing

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  AutoCAD

  , and

  MS Office tools

  (knowledge of Costing software is an advantage).
• Excellent
