Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct site surveys to gather data for project estimates.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on survey findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate project estimates.
Develop and maintain databases of materials, labor costs, and other relevant factors affecting project budgets.
Analyze data from surveys and other sources to identify trends and areas for cost savings.
Provide expert advice on quantity surveying best practices to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
