Job Description

Should possess strong work QS skillset (Ability to talk on commercials)

Go getter and can lead the team effectively
Manage client, stakeholders & be a team player
Experience in handling procurement of Corporate Ground up projects
Effective in articulation & influence
Excellent written and verbal communication
Thorough financial acumen, well-versed with costing and procurement process.
Well versed with the RFP and Tender process/es
CAF Updates, VOWD reports and cost reports to client.
Exposure to various forms of Contracts including latest FIDIC versions
Ability to handle multiple procurements including for civil, architectural & MEPF packages
Exposure to Procurement tools will be added advantage
Exposure to international projects & contracts
Added advantage if the candidate has exposure to BIM, Revit models
SEZ exposure

Fit out awareness of contract cost benchmarks
Material pricing design awareness construction technology
Regularly able to update to client on work updates
Regular interaction with client, project stakeholders and Senior leaders

B-Tech Civil preferred, with masters. Exposure to International form of contracts , PMP/ Additional international certifications will be added advantage.
