Junior Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing design projects from start to finish. Your role will involve creating innovative design concepts, overseeing project timelines and budgets, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior designers and stay updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative design concepts that meet client needs and align with current trends. - Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Conduct client consultations to understand design preferences and project requirements. - Create functional and aesthetic space plans to optimize layout and user experience. - Research and select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision and budget. - Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using design software. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to maintain design intent. - Provide guidance and support to junior designers for their professional growth. - Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and design solutions to inspire project work. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design focusing on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. - Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with project management software. - Familiarity with 3D rendering and visualization tools.
