Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and mood boards
• Create technical drawings and 3D models using

  AutoCAD

  and

  SketchUp

• Generate realistic

  renderings

  using

  V-Ray or Lumion

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and site teams throughout project lifecycle
• Assist in BOQ preparation and

  material selection

Required Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum

  1 year

  of professional experience
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and design sensibility
