Junior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Assistance: Support senior designers in all phases of the design process, from concept development to execution.
• Visuals & Presentations: Create mood boards, sketches, 2D and 3D renderings, and presentation materials for clients and team meetings.
• Space Planning & Layout: Assist with space planning, furniture layout, and the selection of colors, fabrics, and finishes.
• Material Sourcing: Research and select materials, furniture, and fixtures, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers for samples.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare scale drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed installation drawings using design software.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle emails, documents, and other administrative duties to support the design team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and color theory.
• Creativity: A strong creative and imaginative approach to design problem-solving.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for managing tasks and deadlines.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary design team.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating creative and technical skills is essential.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
