Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer with a flair for sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing design solutions, and converting leads into successful sales. This is a dual-role position that blends creative design with client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Design:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and layout drawings.
• Recommend materials, color palettes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Create 2D/3D visualizations and presentations (using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams to ensure design intent is met.
• Visit project sites as needed for measurement, supervision, and progress checks.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of modular furniture/kitchen design.
• Familiarity with project budgeting and material estimation.
• Experience in retail or B2C sales.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
