We are an established interior design firm seeking dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team immediately. If you have a passion for sales, an eye for design, and love connecting with people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Conduct client meetings and consultations (in person or virtual)
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable design solutions
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (interior design, real estate, or luxury products preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for interior design is a big plus
• Immediate availability preferred
