Job Title: Interior Designer & Sales Executive Location: Jaisinghpura Jaipur Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1 Industry: Interior Design / Furniture / Real Estate / Modular Solutions Reports To: Design Head / Sales Manager / Studio Head Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer with a flair for sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing design solutions, and converting leads into successful sales. This is a dual-role position that blends creative design with client engagement and business development. Key Responsibilities: Interior Design: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and layout drawings. Recommend materials, color palettes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. Create 2D/3D visualizations and presentations (using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams to ensure design intent is met. Visit project sites as needed for measurement, supervision, and progress checks. Sales & Client Interaction: Act as the face of the company during client meetings and showroom visits. Explain design concepts, product offerings, and pricing clearly to clients. Convert walk-in or online inquiries into confirmed projects or product sales. Follow up on leads, maintain client communication, and provide quotations/proposals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and assist with order processing and billing where needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience 1 years in interior design or sales, preferably in a customer-facing role. Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flair for aesthetics, color sense, and material knowledge. Target-driven with a proactive sales approach. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits (if applicable). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of modular furniture/kitchen design. Familiarity with project budgeting and material estimation. Experience in retail or B2C sales. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
