Junior Interior Designer – Key Responsibilities 1. Design Support Assist in developing design concepts and presentations. Create mood boards, color palettes, and sample selections Prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and elevations using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.). 2. Project Assistance Support senior designer or project lead in ongoing interior projects. Conduct site measurements, site visits, and documentation Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. 3. Client Interaction (Basic) Attend client meetings Take notes and assist in preparing design proposals or client presentations. 4. Material & Vendor Coordination Source and research materials, furniture, lighting, and decor. Maintain material library and vendor contacts. Request quotations and follow up with vendors. 5. Documentation Help prepare BOQs, project estimates, and design documentation. Maintain project files and drawings for internal tracking. 6.On-Site Supervision Assist with quality checks during execution under supervision. Coordinate with on-site teams for smooth progress.
