Junior Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented junior Interior Designer with at least one year of professional experience to join our team. The role involves for taking projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that our designs are not only beautiful but structurally sound and functional. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of spatial planning and technical drafting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Drafting: Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using [AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp].

2. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, including electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and carpentry details.

3. Material Selection: Source and suggest materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture that fit the budget and aesthetic.

4. Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being executed according to the drawings and maintain quality control.

5. Client Management: Present designs to clients and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field. with minimum 01 year of professional experience.

· Software Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and 3dmax. Knowledge of Revit is a plus.

· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of "Interiors-Architecture" (spatial flow, joinery details, and building services).

· Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both 3D renders and technical working drawings.
