Job Description

Junior InfoSec Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in

    Managing security solutions

    .
  • Customer facing activities like Proof of Concept (PoC), Implementation and Post Sale Support.
  • Support the deployment and configuration of

    Security Products

    .
  • Analyze security alerts and work with senior analysts to respond to incidents.
  • Maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with new threats and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity

    ,

    Networking

    or related field.
  • Customer Obsession and eager to build champions among key contacts.
  • Curious to learn new technologies.
  • Detailed understanding of

    networking concepts

    (e.g., TCP/IP. DNS, VPN, HTTP/S).
  • Familiarity with

    cloud services

    and

    cybersecurity fundamentals

    .
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to Travel based on the needs of vendor.

Added Advantage:

  • CCNA certified or trained would be preferred
  • Experience with Anti-DDOS solutions like Arbor, Radware, F5 etc…
  • Internship or project experience related to cloud or network security.
  • Knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Switches (L2,L3)
