As a Junior Influencer Coordinator at our dynamic marketing team, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing initiatives to enhance our clients" brand visibility and engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - **Influencer strategy development:** Execute influencer marketing strategy aligning with brand goals. Identify new collaboration opportunities for measurable business impact. - **Identify, vet, and onboard influencers:** Research, assess, and secure partnerships with top-tier influencers aligning with brand values and target demographics. - **Contract negotiation and relationship management:** Lead negotiations on contracts, fostering long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies. - **Campaign leadership:** Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including creative collaboration and delivery of brand-aligned content. - **Cross-functional collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives. - **Performance measurement:** Track campaign effectiveness, provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights for future optimization. - **Market intelligence:** Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to innovate and keep influencer programs competitive. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of impactful campaigns. - Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms and managing micro- and macro-level influencer partnerships. - Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. - Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and projects with multiple partners simultaneously. - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and resonating content. - Up-to-date knowledge of influencer marketing trends, technologies, tools, and best practices.,
