Job
Description
Role Overview: In this role as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will not be following the traditional HR approach. We are looking for someone who has experience at the crossroads of managing people and navigating through chaos. Your background may include operations, psychology studies, overseeing dynamic internships, or being the reliable go-to person everyone trusts. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who prioritizes the human aspect while understanding the commercial aspects. Your strength lies in comprehending how people influence business outcomes, and you are willing to delve deep into uncomfortable situations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating across different functions to address genuine culture and performance challenges. - Contributing to scaling systems that are effective in practice, rather than just looking impressive on presentation slides. - Participating in recruitment discussions, handling exit interviews, facilitating open conversations about mental well-being, and contributing to strategic planning sessions. - Actively engaging in fostering a positive work culture, mentoring managers, conducting experiments, resolving conflicts, and assisting teams in overcoming obstacles to achieve success. Qualifications Required: - Proactive mindset, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach towards problem-solving. - Does not wait for a perfect organizational structure to initiate positive changes. - Embodies authenticity, resourcefulness, and the belief that HR should emulate a startup environment rather than a traditional corporate department. - Thrives on building, problem-solving, and creatively managing people-related challenges.
