Key Responsibilities - Process and verify legal invoices, maintain litigation records, conduct public case searches, and handle documentation. - Assist in statutory filings (MCA, ROC), maintaining registers, and Board meeting documentation. - Liaise with internal teams, external law firms, and other stakeholders. - MIS & Record-Keeping: Maintain legal and corporate records, generate reports, and ensure compliance tracking. - Schedule meetings, manage filings, and provide general department support. Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: Bachelors/Diploma in commerce, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 5-10 years in legal/corporate administrative/secretarial/Accounting support. - Technical Skills: SAP (or similar ERP), MS Office, legal research, and statutory filings. - Soft Skills: Good communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities. The Proposals Leader for the Production Systems- APAC region is responsible for managing the entire proposal development process. This includes coordinating proposal activities, preparing proposals for the Production Portfolio for Asia Pacific, and liaising with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and task completion. The role involves discussing technical and commercial points with clients or client representatives, supporting Product Line Operations, and developing cost-effective solutions in collaboration with clients. It requires a good knowledge of product line operations related to process packaging, fabrication, procurement, and construction activities. The Proposals Leader must have overall knowledge of multidisciplinary activities, including process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation process safety, structure, and marine aspects. Responsibilities also include managing QHSE activities, interacting closely with the supply chain, and reporting all commercial aspects to the Regional Product Line Manager. The role involves adhering to the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery policies, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies. Furthermore, the Proposals Leader is required to supervise, mentor, and coach direct reports, ensuring the completion of their Employee Development Plans and competency assessments. Extensive knowledge of costing and market values related to production equipment/system items is essential. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Engineering, possess professional membership, and have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the upstream industry relevant to the production portfolio, with knowledge and exposure from concept to commissioning.,

The role involves managing dispatch planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of products. You will be responsible for preparing accurate E-way bills, Delivery Challans, GRNs, and Invoices for customer orders. You will need to coordinate with the logistics team to address any issues related to dispatch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for efficient warehouse management. Maintaining accurate records of all dispatch activities using the SAP system is crucial. Additionally, you will be handling tasks such as raw material inward processes, record-keeping of bills, sales invoices, purchase invoices, and COD documents, issuance of sales invoices, and e-way bill generation. Managing store inventory, including receipt and issue entries, and proper storage of materials will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating closely with the Commercial In-charge on administrative and commercial aspects is essential. You will also oversee the management of transporters and vehicles for dispatches of finished goods and actively participate in internal audits while documenting Quality Management Systems. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. The ideal candidate should have a total of 8 years of work experience.
