Junior HRIS Analyst

You will be joining KPI, a well-established Business Advisory and Accounting firm, as a Junior HRIS Analyst in Mangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to support the implementation of cloud-based HR systems for external clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in setting up and implementing HR software for external clients. - Gather client requirements and configure the system accordingly. - Clean, prepare, and upload client employee data into the system. - Explain system functionality to clients and provide training to their HR teams. - Offer support during and after implementation for any system issues. - Document the implementation process and maintain records for each client. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or working with HR systems is advantageous. - Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data effectively. - Eagerness to learn about SaaS products and provide client support. - Strong communication and coordination skills for regular client interactions. - A team player with a keen eye for detail.,
