Junior HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Junior HRIS Analyst to join our team in Mangalore. The primary responsibility entails supporting the implementation of our cloud-based HR system (HRIS) for clients located in different regions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in setting up and implementing our HR software for external clients. - Gathering client requirements and configuring the system accordingly. - Cleaning, preparing, and uploading client employee data into the system. - Collaborating with clients to elucidate the system functionality and providing training to their HR teams. - Offering support during and after implementation for any system-related issues. - Documenting the implementation process and maintaining records for each client. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - A Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or working with HR systems is advantageous. - Proficiency in Excel and adeptness in handling data. - Eagerness to learn how SaaS products operate and support clients accordingly. - Strong communication and coordination skills as you will be in regular contact with clients. - A team player with keen attention to detail.
