Junior HR Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies, managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR strategies, handling employee relations, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution, supporting managers and employees with HR guidance, negotiating labor contracts, managing employee wellness programs, and conducting performance evaluations and employee recognition programs. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies. - Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring. - Develop and implement HR strategies, training, and development programs. - Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution. - Support managers and employees with HR guidance. - Negotiate labor contracts and manage employee wellness programs. - Conduct performance evaluations and employee recognition programs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - Experience in HR functions and familiarity with labor laws. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in HR software and ability to handle confidential information.
