With expertise in Opensource software, Web Technologies, Cloud Infra, and Office 365 management, we cater to a diverse range of clients. Job Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Coordinate with internal teams for HR documentation and compliance. Help organize employee engagement and welfare activities. Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, and benefits. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR roles and functions. Proficient in MS Office. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Ready to give minimum 1+ years commitment. Willingness to work from Office . Eligibility: Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Management or related field. Freshers or up to 6 months of HR internship/training experience.
