Junior HR Executive (Female)

As a Junior HR Executive at Bixware Technologies Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to support various HR functions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in recruitment activities by assisting in job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all information. Furthermore, you will actively participate in onboarding and induction programs for new hires, collaborating with internal teams for HR documentation and compliance. Your role will also involve coordinating employee engagement and welfare activities, addressing employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, and benefits, and upholding the confidentiality of employee information and company data at all times. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a basic understanding of HR roles and functions. Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential. Your willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment, coupled with a commitment of at least 1+ years, will be highly valued. Additionally, you should be prepared to work from the office and hold a Master's degree in HR/Business Administration/Management or a related field.
