Junior HR Executive

Role Overview: As an HR Recruitment & Generalist Executive, you will play a vital role in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Manage employee onboarding procedures and maintain accurate records. - Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and support in training coordination. - Address employee queries and ensure compliance with company policies. - Support the organization of employee engagement events and activities. - Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. - Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions. - Maintain records of employee training and development activities. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate / MBA / PGDCA (HR) or equivalent. - Skills: Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, multitasking abilities, basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
