About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating designs for

  social media posts, video editing, motion and static ads, brochures, presentations, and web graphics

  .
• Support the senior designer in developing

  brand identities, campaign visuals, and digital creatives

  .
• Help design

  marketing materials

  such as flyers, posters, infographics, packaging, and email templates.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and digital teams to deliver engaging visuals.
• Prepare design drafts, revisions, and final outputs for client or internal review.
• Stay updated with

  design trends

  , tools, and social media aesthetics.
• Organize design files, maintain project folders, and follow version control.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in

  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts

  , or related field.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects),

  CapCut, Mocha, Fusion or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW).
• Basic understanding of

  layout design, typography, and color theory

  .
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio or sample work to demonstrate creativity and design skills (mandatory).

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
• UI/UX design exposure (Figma or Adobe XD).
• Knowledge of digital marketing creatives (Meta/Google Ads).
• Animation or motion graphics interest.
