Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital and print design assets such as social media posts, banners, presentations, infographics, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Support senior designers with layout, typography, image editing, and artwork adaptations.
• Conduct basic image retouching, resizing, and formatting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, product) to understand design requirements.
• Stay updated with design trends and suggest fresh ideas when required.
• Maintain an organised library of design files and assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: layout, colour, typography, and composition.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and replicate styles across multiple formats.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of professional design experience (internships/freelance experience is acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing formats (social media, web banners, etc.) is an advantage.
