Role Overview:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the design team in producing high-quality visual assets. You’ll work on a variety of projects—from social media graphics and marketing materials to product packaging and brand collaterals from small businesses to established MNC's. This role is perfect for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow long term with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and branded assets
Assist senior designers with design tasks and project execution
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts
Prepare and export files for print and digital production
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
Participate in brainstorming meetings and contribute fresh ideas
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus
