Junior Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that reflect our brand identity and effectively communicate with our target audience. You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce digital and print materials for campaigns, social media, advertisements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, packaging, and branding projects.
• Design visually appealing content for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Edit and retouch product photos, promotional visuals, and campaign creatives.
• Prepare final design files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create motion graphics and perform basic video editing (preferred).
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience and freshers both are welcome to apply.
• Experience designing for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand identity projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
