Junior Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our

team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, design, and eager

to build a strong foundation in the industry. As a part of our creative team, you will work

closely with cross-functional departments and contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing engaging visual content for digital and print media, including social

media graphics, presentations, infographics, brochures, and web banners.

• Support in developing educational and learning-based content designs for EdTech

client projects, ensuring alignment with brand and pedagogical goals.

• Collaborate with content writers, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to

conceptualize and execute creative ideas.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.

• Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance design

quality and storytelling.

• Adapt and repurpose existing content into new formats as needed.

• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design

tools like Canva, Figma, etc.

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

• Ability to take feedback and make necessary revisions.

• Basic understanding of design principles like typography, layout, and color theory.

• Portfolio or sample work (college assignments, freelance work, or personal projects)

showcasing design capabilities.
