Job Overview

We’re looking for a Google Media Buyer with 6 months to 3 years of experience (or a strong interest in Google Ads) to join our performance marketing team.
You’ll assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads — and grow under the guidance of senior media buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages
• Assist in budget management, bid optimization, and campaign scaling
• Test and optimize ad copies, creatives, and targeting strategies for better performance
• Stay updated on Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices
• Participate in weekly reviews and brainstorming sessions

Qualifications / Requirements

• 3 months to 1 years of experience or internship exposure in Google Ads
• Basic understanding of Google Ads fundamentals and campaign structure
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
