As a Junior Game Developer at Sped@home, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge educational games that will revolutionize the way students learn. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about creating engaging and immersive experiences for students of all ages. With your expertise in Unity Engine, Blender 3D, Unreal Engine, C#, and JavaScript, you will play a key role in developing interactive games that will enhance the learning experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop game mechanics that align with educational objectives.
• Develop and implement game features, controls, and interfaces using Unity Engine, Blender 3D, Unreal Engine, C#, and JavaScript.
• Debug, test, and optimize game performance to ensure a seamless and immersive experience for users.
• Work closely with the art team to integrate 3D models, animations, and visual effects into the game environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve game development processes.
• Assist in the planning and execution of game development milestones and deadlines.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues that may arise during development and post-launch phases.

Established in Sept 2020, the company aims to build an ecosystem for children with differential needs to improve their physical, cognitive, developmental, and educational outcomes.SpEd@home has created a learning management system (LMS&), that has been curated specifically to meet the requirements of children ages 6-13, having differential needs viz those with learning disability, ADD/HD, and autism spectrum disorders. It has been designed to help children achieve foundational literacy and numeracy.
