Roles and responsibilities:
* Possessing moderate knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
• Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
* Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
* Identifying and resolving technical issues
* Managing coordination at zonal levels, whenever required
* Developing reports for teams across the business.
Essential Skills :
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle (preferred, not mandatory)
* General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory)
* Ability to explain complex ideas to the clients with limited IT and systems knowledge
* Good verbal and written communication skills, patience, listening, and convincing abilities
• Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience critical thinking skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skill
