About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with backend development using Python or Node.js and a basic understanding of frontend technologies. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to build scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using backend technologies (Python/Node.js).
• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in backend development using Python or Node.js.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any modern framework (React, Angular, or similar).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and database integration (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub).
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with any frontend framework (React preferred).
• Exposure to cloud platforms or deployment tools.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
