Designation : Junior Executive
Department: HR & Admin
Reports To: Management or Senior Executive
Qualification: BCA/ B.Sc or any degree
Min. Experience (yrs.): 0 to 2 Yrs
Requirements :
· Should have knowledge about all HR & Admin activities.
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Knowledge in payroll software and salary processing.
· Should be authoritative and result oriented
· Candidate should have good supervision skills and have the ability to extract the best results through minimal usage of resources.
· Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, system Performance, Install and Configure Software and Hardware.
· Maintaining Networks and Network File Systems.
· Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. ( Word, Excel, PPT, )
Remuneration: 10,000 to 12,000 per month.
