Role & responsibilities Coordinate with TCS for ongoing TOS issue, understand the process, Identify the gaps, and resolve. In TOS, Id creation and deletion of user, given rights to user to perform operations. Monitoring network performance, assisting with troubleshooting, and supporting configuration of switches, routers, Wi-Fi and firewalls. Providing 24*7 online and offline support to user and ensuring minimum downtime of business-critical application such as TOS of all TICT all other Applications. Server Infra Management, Monitoring and Reporting. Firewall Management, Network Monitoring. Monthly Users logged call analysis. Inventory Management User access Matrix for TICT User creation and deletion process through AskIT. Preferred candidate profile 1 - 2 years experieince in networking, LAN/WAN/Wifi, Terminal Operating System and SAP.
