Junior Executive/ Executive - NPD

As the New Product Development Executive within the R&D team, you will lead the research, formulation, and development of new beverage products. Your responsibilities include generating innovative beverage ideas, conducting thorough research, and collaborating with other teams to bring these ideas to fruition as marketable products. You will manage the entire R&D process from idea generation to formulation, testing, and commercialization. To excel in this role, you must stay informed about beverage trends, flavor profiles, and ingredient advancements in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic sectors. Working closely with senior product developers, you will contribute to the creation and enhancement of various beverage categories such as juices, soft drinks, energy drinks, and functional beverages. Additionally, you will play a key role in refining existing products to improve flavor, quality, and market acceptance. Your tasks will involve coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery of new beverage products, and utilizing culinary techniques and educational knowledge to support product development. You will also assist in developing prototypes, preparing samples for customer presentations, and maintaining alignment with brand standards throughout the process. To qualify for this position, you need to have a Graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in new product development. Proficiency in food safety, quality standards, project management, and knowledge of beverage ingredients and industry regulations is essential. You should possess creative thinking, basic culinary skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
