Junior Executive

In this role located at Deccan College Campus, Multipurpose Hall, Pune, India, you will be responsible for the following: - Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety, and Brinks policies. - Accountable for the liabilities. - Responsible for the route operations. - Responsible for safety routes and liabilities. - Maintain a good relationship with customers and Banks. - Follow SWI/SOP for CIT operations. - Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damages to management in real-time. - Ensure all safety equipment like panic buttons, cameras, and interlocks are working and in good condition. You should have knowledge and experience in: - Cash counting and verification. - Understanding of SWI and SOP. - Active listening and understanding customer needs. - Building good rapport with customers. - Familiarity with routes and customer locations. Key competencies for this role include: - Strong communication skills. - Expertise in counterfeit note verification. - Proficiency in the local language is a must.,
