As a Junior Executive in the Sample Lab located in Mumbai, your role will involve producing customized compounds for various fragrance and flavor products. Your daily tasks will include measuring ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the final products. Key Responsibilities: - Measure ingredients accurately - Follow recipes to create customized compounds - Ensure quality and consistency of final products - Conduct raw material and finished good sampling - Operate and calibrate equipment like weighing balance, humidity meters, RI, and other industrial equipment - Handle and store all raw materials according to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines - Maintain inventory and record-keeping - Possess knowledge of compounding and mixing ingredients for fragrance, flavor, and pharmaceutical industries - Understand chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances - Familiarity with chemical processes and transformations - Experience with quality control processes and lab safety procedures - Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with gas chromatography and QC equipment is an added advantage Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in the Flavors & Fragrance Industry - Ability to work with precision and follow SOPs - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with inventory management and record-keeping - Independent contributor as well as a team player,
