Roles & Responsibilities - for ( B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)

Production Line monitoring as cross functional team management with QC department and process department.Constat monitoring with wet chemistry, furnace and metallization team. Thorough analysis of vision system as qc activity to reduce the rejection ratio.Solar performance analysis in collaboration with process and QC team. Defect analysis of the rejected cell and to communicate with respective process division for keeping the steady performance. Daily report making and to submit it to reporting authority.

Roles & Responsibilities - for (B.Sc./M.Sc. (Physics)

Control process parameters of Furnace division. Application of recipe in furnaces with deeper analysis. Recipe making in Correlation with the optimized production line. Constant monitoring of quality checking for deeper analysis of the furnace processed output products. Process control of furnace recipes. Correlating the deviation in solar performances of solar cell with division in furnace processes.

Roles & Responsibilities - for (B.Tech (Electronics)

Control process parameters of wet bench machine. Correlate the IV of solar cell with deviation wet chemistry process. Day to day control process. Analysis of the result and characterization of samples. Dozing analysis and recipe making of wet chemistry process.
